1. The site and the app

CalendarF1.com and the CalendarF1 mobile app (iPhone, iPad, Android) are an unofficial source of information for Formula 1 fans: the session calendar, results, standings, driver, team and circuit profiles, notifications and live timing. They are not affiliated with Formula 1, the FIA, Liberty Media or any team.

2. Use

Neither the site nor the app requires an account. By using them you accept these terms. Content is provided for information only. Some app features are part of the paid CalendarF1 Plus subscription (section 4); the app shows which features are available without it.

3. Supporting the app

The app lets you make a one-off contribution to its development. It is an App Store or Google Play purchase that unlocks nothing and gives no access to extra features.

4. CalendarF1 Plus subscription

  • CalendarF1 Plus is a monthly or yearly subscription. The current price and what it includes are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) to your store account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically for the same period and price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You manage and cancel it in your store account: on iPhone in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, on Android in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After cancelling, Plus stays available until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds and withdrawal are handled by the store you bought from, under its own rules (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com, Google: Google Play Help).
  • The store tells you about a price change before the next billing period. The subscription belongs to the store account it was bought with and works on devices signed in to that account.
  • What Plus includes may change. Features available today without a subscription will not be moved into Plus.
  • App Store purchases are also covered by Apple's Standard EULA.

5. Intellectual property

Formula 1, FIA, team and driver names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used for information only. The design, code and original content of the site and the app belong to their owner.

6. Accuracy of information

We work to keep session times, results, standings and live data current and correct, but we cannot guarantee complete accuracy. The official source for Formula 1 information is formula1.com.

7. Limitation of liability

The site and the app are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for errors in the data, interruptions, or decisions made based on this information. This does not limit your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. A new version applies from the date shown at the top of this page; changes to the subscription terms never apply retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
